7000 Series ShockWave Rear Triple Adjustable

4″ diameter = 780 lbs. at 100 psi

1/4″ PTC Fitting

The 7000 series ShockWave, with a smaller diameter and longer stroke will have less load capacity and a softer spring rate that is appropriate for the rear of most vehicles with a solid rear axle. The spring rate and load capacity is influenced by the profile of the lower piston. A straight pistion will offer a very linear or constant spring rate throughout its travel. A tapered lower piston will result in more progressive spring rate much like the double convoluted airspring.

General Terms to Know:

Compressed Length

This is the measurement from the two mounting points when the suspension is fully compressed.

Ride Length

This is the distance between the two mounting points when the vehicle is at the height it is intended to be driven.

Extended Length

This is the length between the mounting points when the suspension is at full extension.
